sustainable. But a commitment to try harder, do better, and
improve or evolve into that lifestyle is what we strive for.

has evolved past the eco village concept into an Intentional
Resiliency Community.
What do we do for you that other real estate companies do
not... We speak your language. We believe that the only way
we will survive as a peoples is to respect the environment.
We don’t have to radicalize this, it can start in small ways
like conserving water (this is a desert after all); recycle,
rethink, reuse, relocalize; adapt to conditions rather than
fighting against them; build better, smarter and smaller;
eat real food instead of highly processed frankenfoods like
GMO’s; respect the land, its histories, peoples, cultures
and all inhabitants. Is that so much to ask... we have hope
we will be an example.

see the five building envelopes for each family and the various
infrastructure elements. Note the common area is filled with
walking paths and pods for meditation, relaxation or play.
Other elements have yet to be designed. You can contribute
to our vision when you make the investment in your future.

There are two Options To Own at our Resilient Self Reliant
Community
Senior Partner
You will get fee simple ownership of approximately 4.2 acres
of land located within our village and all rights that go
with it subject to our protective Covenants, Conditions, and
Restrictions (CC&Rs). Here are some of the fine details
and choices you get to make. They have been well thought out,
vetted with legal resources and while we may have to fine
tune them, they are workable and unique.
You have a choice of either building a structure 2000 square
feet or larger or 900 square feet or smaller. The reason is
to accommodate the zoning laws for this type of property.
You will pick a 10,000 square foot "building envelope”
where all your building(s) will go. The rest of your property
is subject to our CCR’s that protect the land and is shared
with a "Junior Partner" (see below). The cost is
$25,000 cash. Those are the key points, we can talk you through

Junior Partner
You will get either a 10,000 foot building envelop to build
a 900 square foot small homestead, or if the Senior Partner
has elected this option you will get to build a 2000 square
foot dwelling. Cost to the Junior Partner is $25,000 all cash
or $5,000 down and either $500 a month with only 5% interest
for 48 months or $1000 a month for 24 months and no interest.
This will get you a 99 year lease that can also be sold later.
If this seems confusing be aware that we have a unique set
of rules we have to go by based on State of Arizona land laws.
This means there will be a maximum of 10 families on this
Phase One Village. Again you can call Dave with questions.
